Courage cannot be born if one knows not of fear,
Goals are always far before they begin to become near,
Strength only truly comes only after a phase of being weak, ,
Months don't pass if we first do not pass each day and week,

Our weaknesses, our challenges all play a vital role,
To point out our lackings, to better them to reach a goal,
Our weaknesses are our foundation of great improvement,
And fixing them evokes a powerful accelerating movement,

To push our potential past the stars and beyond,
To destroy fear, doubt and all of their negative bonds
Trust yourself, harness the swirling energy that dwells within,
Let it flow from the core of your soul to your outer skin,

Don't run from your weaknesses, discover them all,
Improve what you lack so you can never fall,
Constant evolution of the mind, body and soul,
Constant training and enhancement to gain full control,

Know your strengths and all your weaknesses within you,
Learn and figure out tactics under the sky so blue,
Change and adapt to every circumstance you face,
Embrace improvement to win life's race.
