Emo Kid Poem by Rachelle Sowders

Emo Kid

As you try to hide the tears
You can feel those around you stare
So you hang your head in shame
Wishing you weren't there
Any where but here
And you want to fit in
But have no real place
Just because you're different
People look down on you
And the words are very hurtful
So you vow that they will pay
But are scared of what will come
You are afraid of death
Afraid of the thought of an eternal hell
Even though you don't let it show
Just because you're emo.
