Energy ~ What If? Poem by Elena Sandu

Energy ~ What If?

Rating: 5.0

Why?
Why do we need the electric energy?
Why are we dependent on batteries?
Why do we need games to socialize
the computers the tv screen
Humans are to become
Robotized! ?
We are waking up each day
to do mostly the same
From time to time by luck
we may squeeze a free moment
hints to remind us that this world
is not about wasting self...
Why do we act as electricity
is the only form of energy?
Why?
What if
the only thing we really need
could be the connection
of own minds bodies and souls?
What if we are sources of energy?

Congratulations on your century! ! May you bag another century soon! ! Elena, these days you are hardly seen and your smiles I often miss! ! As you have rightly put, we should be sources of energy, connecting and electrifying minds and souls! !

I trust the cycle. we gain enegy in return for ours to the earth, or for losing knowledge. either way everything will be turned out for a reason. I like the way you think about anything you write, Elena! Congratulations on the 100th. Keep on the keeping on is the most noble and graceful at getting to know anything better! !

My 100'th post here... hmm... When I wrote my first poems, wonderful people gave me tens, great energy to keep writing, as I felt their kindness was huge, for them then I wrote my biography knowing I could not make a spring with only a few flowers. Now, one hundred flowers could make a spring but could the flowers be kept blossomed? I feared my need of share was going to disappear as it came but it seem to grow. I keep penning my flashes of past present and future searched moments as simple and raw as before, maybe worse as I am not looking for a designed form but for a changing world. And a changed self... | Delete this message
