Entitlement Ii: A Borrower Be

Rating: 4.0

A double-entitlee, addressing his brother,
said, 'Look, bro,
they've taken some off one,
and slashed a bit more off the other,
and they're still calling me a double-entitlee,
though no-way can I look so sightly
as I did.
Lend me your shoes for my visit to mother.'

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
makin' fun of Australian treasurer, Joe Hockey's 'End of the Age of Entitlement' speech warning anyone getting or wanting to get government payments.
