Envy
I feel scorching eyes looking at me,
Hoping I don't succeed,
Wishing that I bleed;
They want me to fail indeed.
But their piercing looks cannot make me fall,
I am stronger, hear my call,
I may stumble,
Hit a wall,
Yet I will not fall.
Naysayers get out of my way,
I am not letting you get to me,
Not this time, not today.
