Errand Taken Poem by momodou jarju

Errand Taken

I went along the forest edge
In expedition, the twittering wren
In the moon bright, the sky azure peg
I can see species awake from their pen

Walking in gliding motion
Cogitating the chirping sound
I conceive their notion
Of wisdom unbound

The sun rising chamels wide
Spreading its rays, everything become clear
The journey begins along the side
Of my mind's errand to shear

The species scenic in the sky
Sight fetching vanquish insect around
Swims and grab, then fly high
Set again for flesh they could found

Their placid and pleasing approach
In variety colour baffled first where to land
Like a refugee been reproach
Only land on open heart and hand

But where on earth
A scorpion ignore a foot beneath it
To pass adjacent or cross it part
Without it throwing out it's spit

Thus put me in perplex pleasure
But I ought to Bury this ambivalent
No! No, how easy could our gesture
Hide and ignore the malevolent

But am I to complain
When protesters still immature
To discard the disdain they proclaim
Self own without mind been nurture

Now we took to cleft
To our acquainted structures
The wont we left
And took into guest gestures

Tell me, oh man of best creation
For how long shall we continue to live
The love that we hate each others complexion
And others term misfit, what's ours soul motive.
