“escape Isolation” Poem by Alberto Lee

As I sit here, I feel consumed by my insecurities and thoughts of quitting life!

I remind myself of 5 good reasons for living, GOD, my 3 children, and my beautiful wife!

As I beg my heavenly father for endurance to run this race, I remind myself to live life at a much slower pace!

If I'm not careful, I may get caught up in the stresses, that this life can bring! So, I take time out for myself and my family, its just as important that I fInd a special song to sing!

And I'll never forget to give praise to GOD above, for showing me his undeserved kindness and love!

As I remember my LORD showed me the way, to live life to the fullest each day!

So I'll be of good courage, and seek strength from above, and clothes my heart with laughter and love!

If I follow this simple instruction I will escape isolation!
