Eternal Moment Poem by Crystal Rosser

Eternal Moment

Time unravels us -
Grain by grain - quiet and still -
Side-way glances - soft and low -
Heavens pass through us -

We sit like lotuses on the floor -
Galaxies float between our lips -
We sink into an intangible kiss -
Hooking into an inferno -
Over the warm night -

Could you caress me a little?
Like a dove stretches its wing -
Could I embrace you in my arms?
Like a nest settled in a Juniper Tree -
Oh - but only for a moment -
Before time stitches us back into existence.
