Even Silences Can Sing Poem by Varghese J Kuttikat

Even Silences Can Sing

Even when all the strings have snapped
If the melody streams forth as waters anointed
Hallowed, indeed, it is, a wonder profoundly profound
And, in fact, this is what happens at the perfect end
It’s a miracle that springs forth from you, the miracle of miracles
‘The rest is silence ’; a way to describe the final farewell awesome
Even silences can sing, yes, silence can be inexpressible eloquence

fine, very clear rendering of a mystical notion.: that is, that the tightrope walker abandons his pole, at end, and steps forth, without. Important idea for 21st century man. I have heard of Medecins Sans Frontiers; Message-wise, we seem here to have Moralistes Sans Morales'- -religion not advocating good acts- but, rather, good acts advocating religion, the outcome being similar: benign wholesomeness. Excellent voice.
