Even to this day, I remember his warmth.
I remember those fun brown eyes, the deep laugh.
I remember how my heart broke when I ran from that town.
I never know how he feels anymore but it's ok.
I know I'm not his number one girl and that's ok.
I had to say good bye cause I hated him hurting,
Cause a friend hurt me in too many ways to stay.
I was called a liar by almost everyone, now it's others,
Who see how I was right. I lost friends and my ex became
Everything I ever needed, a friend who listens.
I miss him and all the memories,
But he proved it's time to move on a long time ago.
All I can say is good bye my first love
