We stare intently
As the castle crumbles to the ground
We've gone through the setbacks
We've gone through the triumphs
We've gone through the adversity
We've achieved over and over again, victory

Evergreen
It's a beautiful evergreen
We're feeling peace within
We're feeling love flowing into ourselves
And the curse has been lifted
The sun has come bearing gifts for the gifted

The mysterious structures
The haunted furniture
Flashback at it all

Your hand in mind
The evergreen encasing the moments we share
The evergreen showing us to one another how we care
Our lives are ready for a new beginning
