Seeking relief
Away from this grief
A cocaine needle filled twice
Injected not so nice
Bringing numbness wanted so bad
Even if it took every penny, I had
Bring on the butcher now
Sweat dripping off my brow
Gripping my face, I smell fears stench
Pushing hard, twisting, I feel the wrench
Blood oozes out
Spit they shout
Checking the injury, he caused
With a smile on his face, he paused
That evil looking grin
Filled me so full of chagrin
He really enjoyed what he had done
I could tell by his pun
“Come back in a day or two”
“Then we will pull more teeth for you”
Those evil eyed dentists I hate
Who else can relate?

I need 7 needles and laughing gas to get my teeth cleaned. If I don't get the full treatment, then once the job is done I'm later home on the couch with a blanket pulled up over my cold body dealing with the after affect of shock. I can relate Gordon. Thank you for sharing,10+++ for letting me know I'm not alone.
