Excuse My Language Poem by Ethan Connolly

Excuse My Language

Excuse my language
But screw this government
What have they done for me
For those around us
They bring us
The middle and working class
To our knees
Begging for forgiveness
The nurses and the doctors
The British land and sea soldiers
Their pay is cut
Whilst they save life's
But the MP's
their pay rises
How would they feel
If their child
Was sick or Dying
Being threatened
By the terrorists
So Mr. Prime Minister
Take a look around
Stop making your colleagues rich
And bankrupting
The real heroes

What have they done for me? With all the problems around me today. Yes, with the very problems of the various governments on earth. Nice work.
