All we do is build up our expectations

whether its for a friend
who you expect to always be for you in your time so need
and spend every given hour with you

or if it is for your parents
who you expect to give you thing you need and want
and to provide shelter and warmth

or if its your boyfriend
who you expect them to love you and treat you right
and to always have a sence of comfort in their arms

or if its your sibling
who you expect to always take your side
wether your right or wrong

but all we do is build and build
little do we know we are building to our own destruction
because the more we expect, the little we receive
so light your torches and your candels
and burn all your expectations
because without them we can receive little and still be thankful
we can go for our goals without being pressured
we can achieve things by our will
without expectations
our will, will find a way;
