Eye Catching Look Poem by joshua treece

your eyes catch mine
there is a few minutes of
silence where i could not
think of any thing to say

then you turned away and
walk to across the room
and start to talking to
your frinds

i turned away to go and
get my things to go what
i did know is you watched
me pack my thing so i
could leave.

we catched eyes one last time
as i walked out if the room
not knowing you liked me and
i liked you

then it hit me like a
tail of a lagre while
'she does like me why else
would she look at me that
way.'

i turned on heel to go
back but the next class
was flowing in already
and i knew i had
missed my chance
