Eye-Passing>>> Poem by Manonton Dalan

Eye-Passing>>>

i happened to pass by activites
wherein kids were given crayons
paper, a place to sit and draw
they love it; they're so quiet
and so busy drawing their minds
most of them are not even kinder
i see they're fascinated about
pets, cars, superheroes, sun,
moon and few of them draw their
mom. most prefer to play games

nobody pay attention to mascots
walking around, maybe they don't
believe in mascot anymore, a person
wrap on some animal features that
walk upright, didn't find interesting
there are kids too that cling to
their mom's skirt, refuse to participate
that would be their issue growing up
i wish their parents find a way for them
to mingle or talk with somebody their age
