My face, this persona
It's all a façade
To hide my true self from the world
To protect the innocent child still within
If I showed you my true face
If I told you who I really
If you got to know the real me
What would you think?
How would you react
When you see who I am
What I am
What would you see?
When I remove my mask
When the veil is lifted
And the smoke clears
Will you feel the same as you did before?
Before the lies came to an end
And the truth was all that remained
