Face Poem by Kelly Razi

Face

I see you but you don’t see me
I feel you but you don’t feel me
I adore you but you don’t adore me
You don’t even know me or my potential
You pass me by and don’t realize you’ve changed me
I’ve wanted you from the moment we met
Your just another blurry face in the crowd
I was never to succumb this I vowed
You have stolen my heart and fled
I’ll never fall in the trap to which I’ve been led
We’ve never spoken not uttered a word
Seeing your face makes me light up
Hearing your voice makes me content
I’ll never have you and I’m sure
I wish we could have been something more
