Faces Poem by William Mowell

Faces

I have many faces you may not see
You never know, but I'll always be

Kind and gentle, loving and caring
Risky and obscure, humble and daring

All these things, are all in me
But you just wanted to be free

Honorable and fun loving
Humorous and adventuring

Someday I'll be able to show you
All these things you never knew

Cold and hurting
Angry and awaiting

These are now the things I am
And I don't really give a damn

I'm done, threw with you
I'm out to find someone new
