Faith

I used to have so much faith
I thought that I am strong
Not when it is affecting my health
Now I know I might be wrong

The feeling of unpredictable pain
Is indescribable at times
Yet I have to endure again
Faith, solitary source that activates

There is always hope for cure
Though you might be blinded
By the reasons of your care
It is better to be anticipated

Someday I know I will be well
Someday I know time will tell

Poem of the Day

poet Pablo Neruda

I want you to know
one thing.

You know how this is:
if I look
at the crystal moon, at the red branch
of the slow autumn at my window,
if I touch
