I look for the good in others
Even when they only show me bad

I look for it in their eyes.
In their eyes lies the truth

Giving up is something I don't do
I will never give up on others
Or for that matter myself

I have my faith
Not in god but in people

I have faith in my fellow man
Their spirits may not be pure
But i can still see the good

Naive is what i have been called
Trusting strangers too much they say

No,
people need to have faith
Not in some God who may not exist
But in there fellow man that is beside them

I believe in the goodness of people
And that will never change
