Fall Poem by Jessica Zurawel

Fall

We were standing there,
He took my hand,
A tear slid down his face,
I felt his hand let go,
I watched as he walked away,
Standing so still,
Not moving,
Only my breathing was heard,
I fell to my knees,
Put my head to my legs,
And cried,
Night fell upon me,
Only I could still feel my tears,
As they slid down my face,
I was finally shattered,
And as I walk along the rode,
I came upon a bridge,
Rain drops falling,
I fell foward with the rain drops,
Down...,
Gone.
