Falling For You Poem by Joseph Goin

Falling For You

Standing, at the ridge of a mountain.
My body is shaking.
Looking for my companion,
all of earth, is quaking.
Leap of faith, knowing you'll be there.
Falling faster, and faster, cutting through the air.
Feet from the ground, still believing.
from thin soul. I know you will be retrieving.
Hit the ground. BOOM! NO! This can't be true.
My earth has shatter because of you.
