Fame And Misfortune Poem by Jessica Hinds

Fame And Misfortune

Fame and fortune,
Is that what I am to be?

Lame and misfortune,
Is what I seem to be.

It might be dark outside, But you still see my light.
No matter what you say, I'll keep my head on straight.

Rain or shine, Part after part, You can't stop what's in my heart.

Fame and fortune,
Is that what I am to be?

Yes,
It is my destiny.
