As the years go rolling past you
Starting as a little child
Worries are at a minimum
But memories are carefully filed.

You grow up and get married
Children then are born
Adulthood smacks you hard
At times you feel lost and forlorn.

Eventually you say a sad goodbye
To your parents and others too
Life has unknown twists and turns
Good and bad things happen to you.

For those you love and cherish
Somehow take a different turn
What happened you ask yourself
There are times your heart will burn.

So you must love your family deeply
Enjoy them while you can
Things change in a split moment
Sometimes God has a different plan.
