Farewell To December
Of the last among the twelve
Is the December, a mermaid
When our memories starts to delve
Of her beauty before a fade.
When every dewdropp welcomes the morning
With a new story about their darling
And with the prayers, and our mourning
For our beloved passed away, a sparkling.
And with those blended feelings
To bid farewell to the mighty December
With the hopes as of the seedlings
Nurtured by those happy days we remember.
