Faster Than Before Poem by Lincoln Metzger

Faster Than Before

Rating: 5.0

with a beginning and an end...
my race will not offend...
but when i start there is no game...
for all state is to fame...
why cant i win? why cant i approach?
to the only runner that has ran his race
and for all to tell we run our race at Pre's pace
Chase them all... until you can no longer
but ponder not for we shall be great.
because will all our sport...
no timeouts... no halftimes
we run all to the core...
to become even faster than before...
