Fate Poem by Clesec Swahn

Fate

They say that I have choices
They say I'm in control
Well tell it to the guy who dug that giant whole.
Oh yes I did step in it
And I don't think its my fault
No one tried to warn me
Or call me to a halt
So now my suit is ruined
I honestly look a mess
I'm hurrying to work now
And starting to distress
But despite this thing that's happened
And made me very late
I met this very lovely girl
She says her name is Fate.
