Two emotions combine;
Depression (Anger turned inward)
Fear (Paralysis of the mind)
Neither can be healed;
Without courage n’ determination
ROTMS

Forget
Everything
And
Relax

Delight in the smallest of things
Enjoy life
Perfection is a birthright
Rejoice in everything and everyone
Every day is a new beginning
Sadness is an illusion
Sovereignty is God-Given
Inspire those around you
Open your heart to love
