Fear Nothing Poem by Jessica Elizondo

Fear Nothing

Rating: 4.5

I feel them watching like eyes peir cing from a wall as I walk down the alley way. I pull my hood over my head, shove my hands into my pocket, and continue walking. The light from the moon shines bright. And the creatures are lurking, looking for new blood. Do not fret, I am safe. My hoodie hides my scent. Just then the wind blows and my hood flies down. Theres a smurk on my face as I stand there with my hands calmly in my pockets. They smell me, my blood that runs through my veins. One lunges for my neck. But I jump and backflip over it. It snarls and lunges again. But I quickly dropp kick it to the cold ground...it doesn't move. I put my hood back up, put my hands back into my pockets, and stare into the eyes of an even greater beast.....It backs away into the darkness. I give another smurk, and calmly walk away.
