FEARLESS

We are like blades of grass
Swayed to all directions
By every chance breeze of public opinion
We live conditioned by everything
Our days throw at us
We must stand fearless
Unafraid to face the worst and the best
We must take our breath
With courage from dawn to dusk
Even when the sun refuses to shine
We must move on without fear
Aware of the gifts of nature
Conscious of the inner power
That propels our dreams to hope
If we fail we succeed
In understanding
the limits of our capacities
we must shield ourselves from anxiousness
when nothing happens
we must listen to the whisperings of the universe
there’s a whole lot more
than we’ll ever dare to know
Migration? A faith with a very shy God
Happy to see humans excited for their lives
Silent believers in other cultures
Without fully forgetting their own
Fearless to live and fearless to die
Listening only to the heartbeat of our earth
