Fears
Afraid to understand what holds you back
Not willing to let go
Of the past
That has brought you here
To the present

Trust
Knowing that once you can let go
Of the fears
You must learn to trust
Believe in yourself
And others

Patience
Taking small steps at a time
Contemplating each thought
Seeing things from the outside
Looking in
Recognizing that your fears
Can stop you from enjoying
The freedom that trust can bring
