Feathers in the wind appear, in the window of my world,
Feathers of some creature passing in the winding swirl!

Feathers to Lift
Feathers to Fly
Feathers for Warmth
Feathers gone By

What would I be with feathers and wings?
An angel in heaven who trumpets and sings?

Here as I sit by the seashore of life,
The feathers I see are the ones from my wife.

She has come to this life with a zeal for good things,
She has grown out her feathers into beautiful wings!

Feathers in the wind appear drifting by,
The feathers of her love are released to the sky.

What would I do with some feathers in my life,
I'd give them to God to bring back my sweet wife!

I'd give up the heart beating in my fair chest,
I'd give up the honor bound up in my test!

What feathers have you found floating in the wind near,
Do they bring out a smile or a painful warm tear?

Feathers in the wind have appeared in my view,
The feathers that I see are now coming from you!
