Feel Like This Poem by Keli Mims

We stood alone in an empty room,
And I'd be leaving it rather soon.
You blocked the door from me,
Where this was going I could see.
How it would be, was crystal clear,
I couldn't breathe, but not from fear.
From what? I'm really not quite sure,
Yet, I was happy I didn't reach the door.
You got close, so very close to me,
I acted as if I didn't know, I smiled coyly.
Another moment you took to stall,
Then kissed me, my back against the wall.
It was sweet and somehow a suprise,
I pull back and see the look in your eyes.
It only lasted a second or two,
But it meant alot, it was special because of you.
I smile then turn to the door to leave,
I shake my head, you just drive me crazy.
I don't get how you can make me feel this way,
But I want to feel like this for always.
