Feeling Trapped Poem by Sylina Burchfield

Feeling Trapped

The life inside pulls me down. the time to believe it comes now. Trapped inside, my soul lost in pitiful silence of horrible lies. Increasing, believing this significant pain all around me, breathing in toxic fumes which you poison me. You judge me now surely comes to shame when the day comes to show, you will all feel my pain. Regret, sorrow. When will you learn? I'm not apart of this of this anymore. You brought your own havoc, you brought your own pain. I told you, you shouldn't have pushed me away. Times will be different, they will be lived in shame, For all of you will know I'm not the same. Your suspicion were wrong,  deceiving lies you told. Trust me now I will live above all of your words. You tried to bring me down, show me I was no more. I see all of your flaws and laugh at your world. Made up, played out. Its over and done, you can't break me now. You should learn, understand from your mistakes. A weakening sigh I see you follow me back to my life, your hell. This is my ground, my game now. Better believe it, I will push you down.
