Fell in Truth
Falling in love is like falling into a deep abyss littered with jagged edges
You fall never-ending- eyes wide open when they should be closed
All the poisonous barbs seem to not reach your ears.
The pain is just a memory, a fantasy of what really is.
You conjure up lies of happiness, forcing yourself to believe them
Love is just a reason not to be alone
Moving in and out of your emotions, your heart hidden behind your smiles, not reaching your eyes.
A fake skin is what you built and you murmur the lie you more time
Acid in your mouth as you spill out your emotions, unwarranted
Secretly your just here to make yourself feel useful.
The real feelings are the ones you have to coat with sweetness
You battle, then you soothe, battle again.
