Ferns Settling In My Mind Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Ferns Settling In My Mind

Ferns spreading themselves through my mind, touching
particles that feel them intensely.
Dusting off their slender fingers, they continue to
settle, easing stress as I watch them standing still
artificially in a ceramic pot - a decoration for a
waiting room of cardiologists.
