I'm with Odette on this one... I miscarried after 16 weeks...and that little cluster of cells had a great deal of meaning to me. For the longest while, I felt as though I too had died inside... Now ask yourself...how can cells form a bond like that? I suspect that a tiny sould had merely rested there for awhile...on it's way from one place to another...

Ouch. This is oh so poignant for me. I remember after a miscariage being 'comforted' by my brother who explained it was only really a 'cluster of cells'. But we know it is so much more than that. Thank you for this. I will take with me the idea that the moon is a big dead rock as an analogy - as I see it as something far more beautiful.
