Final Lullaby Poem by Fae Sebastian

Final Lullaby

Tonight, as you lay dying
I’ll finally tell the truth
I always tried to give you
The love you never gave me
Even though you didn’t deserve it
Now though, I can’t even make myself cry
Because now I don’t feel required to feel for you
And I no longer have to force myself to care
But I suppose I can spare one last comfort…
Dear, close your eyes
I’ll sing you your final lullaby
And finally, I’ll say goodbye.

Reminds me of the actual song I got my Forbidden Lullaby influence from... Listen to this song called 'Room Of Angel' By Mary Elizabeth McGlynn. It's off the Silent Hill Soundtrack... Check it out sometime you should like it... I kinda copied the same melody from the chorus in this song....... but don't tell Mary haha ;) LL

A final lullaby, Sometimes, it's more than enough.
