I'm so sorry, Ana, that you have to see your loved one with this
dreadful disease. My brother had it along with cancer last year.
The good thing was, he didn't realize he was in pain from the
cancer. I have an uncle who also has it, my husband's aunt had it.

I admire your courage...My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and it is really hard for me to even think about the feelings she might pass through inside herself, but you not only faced it graciously but also found relieve. Thank you! My egocentric wish was that she would never forget me so we could always keep our perfect relationship...But, they say nothing lasts forever...And Alzheimer's is a painful learning experience of loosing alive...Fighting against you can't domain...Acceptance again, as you pointed was brilliant. |
