First Time Needs No Love Poem by Katherine Coolage

First Time Needs No Love

Now, this won't hurt a bit.
First time, you panic.
It's okay, everyone does.

Slowly, carefully, with extreme precision.
Bit of blood, yelp of pain.
There, now that's over and done with.

Got it over easy.
Good for you.
It's the beginning that's the trick.

Gets easier,
But he needs to make the first time perfect; simple, see.
The base off of which to begin exploring.

That's it.
Lucky her!
She's gone and lost it.

Popped the cherry.
Broken the barrier.
She's had SEX!

And, funny thing, nobody even asked me if I loved him.
