Fixing Poem by William Fosse

Fixing

I wish you calmness.
I wish you peace.
I wish you love.
You need it but you can't foresee it.
Changing things, expecting result.
Not there, not anywhere.
Your full lips, new brows,
Whispering cows.

I wish you calmness.
I wish you felt it, safety.
That creeping ugly spine, it lets down.
Keeps you down.
Do you feel down?
You look down.

I wish you calmness.
Prosper in your age, in your finite mortality,
you can only rework from the inside,
follow that safety.

I wish you calmness.
Stop.
I wish you calmness.
Stop.
I wish you remain.
