Flames Of Desire Poem by Gil MAHANEY

Flames Of Desire

Color of heat
Flickering blue
Shining steady
Burning true
Yes these be my
Flames of desire
That I burn
Wantonly having
The deepest need
For you, oh you
Be so much more
Than dear to me
Cherished catalyst
How you start me
Don't you see
It's sweet thoughts
And visions of you
Fueling my wild fire
Bright so where those
Dreamy parts of you
Find me they alight
I then erupt and ignite
As you have turned
My blue flames of desire
Hot scorching white
