Flowers In Bloom Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Flowers In Bloom

Rating: 5.0

Flowers in Bloom

These thoughts flourished.
They did bloom.
Out of the flourishing bloom
Grew more thoughts and then thoughts.

I began to see a flourishing sky
Replete with clouds go floating by.
They were flowers in bloom
That covered the sky.

In a moment of more thought
The idea occurred that more thoughts might flourish
Upon a single word
That came into my mind.

There flowers in bloom
They grew in my head.
Without them my mind would be dead.
Without them life would stop.
