Flu Blitz Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Flu Blitz

The marketing of flu,
Has become a multi billion dollar industry.
There is money to be made in creating vaccines,
By private corporations.
Guaranteeing you will be ticked off and pricked...
Some awaiting to become sick,
By a disaster coming soon to a neighborhood near you.
With mandatory injections you simply can not refuse.
Since you will be scared to death not to!

Note:
Much gratitude and deepest respect to,
Hebert 2.

'Thank you, Mr. H'

Timely poem. Here is a small addendum: The makers of the flu vaccine are clever, wheeler-dealer keen to have us all as guinea pigs they do not mind the booze and cig's, as long as we are of a will to take both needle AND the pill. Due to new measures and new rules they've got an audience of fools, and if their stuff kills young and old it matters not, their wares are sold and no one points their digits to the ethics issues or to you who may be justified in claiming and simultaneously shaming the makers into restitution, yet do not fret, each institution holds neither liability nor could they care. It's you and me who suffer while we say our thanks while money flows into their banks. True, dead consumers hardly ever due to the fact that when they sever their ties with what we folks call life they are not seen as courting strife and thus pay nothing to purveyors or those who give the shots (the players) , but, hold your horses and your breath: They'll find a way to tax your death! Best to you, Herbert
