Fools Game Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Fools Game

Rating: 2.5

you're a big a fool to come out your mouth
you know better than that
I know you mess up but if I left you now don't expect me back
trying to let you know how it's going play out
here the night comes
that this romance movie faded to black
You've had my heart, it didn't matter
from day one you've told your lies, you've played your games
Took the abuse day after day and still i've remained
You don't phase me now
I feel for you none
you called some weeks ago
withyou I've hit an ultimate low
ignoring the call
i'm just not interested in you at all
now you going through the extremes
desperate and deprived
in love you work as a team
I broke away because apart of me died
you can shed a tear and cry
I've been said my goodbyes
leaving you all behind
picking backup the pieces in my life
i'm better off without you
you know as well as I do ain't nobody better than me
Don't let your confused heart be deceived
I tell you now and you'll surely see
the grass maybe greener on the otherside but never better
