For Being Foolish Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

For Being Foolish

Rating: 5.0

I am smiling at you for being foolish
Life has just started and not yet finished
You have been showered with all the blessings
Nothing is taken off or left with missing

I am creator of universe and still helpless
You have picked nothing good and have made mess
I wanted to see you all with smiling faces
But you all have forgotten it in mad race

I love you as kind human being
I have not clipped your wings
You are free to act as noble and honest
Who stops you from performing best?

I feel pain at your rude behavior
You have forgotten your creator
You do not believe in existence of your savior
You live in fool’s paradise and act as warrior

You can be brought down on earth
You can be compelled to embrace death
You can be made nobody at any time
You are committing unpardonable crimes

I still forgive you for being indifferent
Your folly is seen and is very apparent
You act as if you are totally different
One day you may have to feel sorry and repent

You will not find favorable wind
You will be denied access and kindness
You will be pain in same coin as you sow
You will be given raw treatment if you don’t vow

You are given all the freedom to act
In human life you should know all the facts
Act wise and have faith in goodly things
You may then deserve good for something

I keep on smiling on helpless situation
I have given you strength for its evaluation
Why I keep on be on their side with blessings?
So they should loose the trail of tracing

I want you all to confine within limits
The refuge on earth is temporary with no permanent seat
No one should remain under wrong illusion
There should not be even slight confusion
You are building castles and palaces
They won’t be left with any traces
They will disappear as pack of cards
So think of good life and be on watch or guard

I love to be on your side from time to time
It becomes difficult for me to rescue you sometimes
Nevertheless you have all the amnesty for some error
Only you need to see self in the mirror

You lead a life that is expected from you
It does not belong to you and it’s very true
You may stay here for a while and go away
Try to see reason through and have peaceful way
