For Sam Gorman A Legend To All

A boxer with great skill
who nobody dared to fight
they knew if they did
it would be lights out

At the massacre of St Leger
no one dare face you one on one
as you fought to save your brothers life

You stood your ground
and took all they had to give
with their iron bars and fists
to try and bring you down

You was a loving son
a loving father
a strong man
a fair man
a hero to your brother
and a legend to all

Dave, I would love to vote and comment, but I am such an ignoramus on boxing, (as I am on many other subjects)
Even so, I`m sure this a great tribute to Sam Gorman
