Forbidden Poem by Sheryl Barison

Forbidden

Aware not to what I feel
A friend ever since
Never thought we could be a stranger
In each other’s arm we couldn't stand still

Sweet gently breeze freezing
Beneath this night lying
Two souls in the dark searching
For the feelings they kept withstanding

Feelings that was hidden
Revealed as the kiss deepen
In every caress burning
Thirst as the wine fulfilling

Can’t resist the feeling
Heart surrender
Both tired of pretending
Concede the longing that lingering

Dawn is breaking
Flame still within
Spread easily into my veins
As your arms wrap me and whisper my name
