Forbidden Yearning Poem by pabodha hettige

Forbidden Yearning

The naked goddess of Olympus
Lowered eyelids lost in reverie……
Her moulded lips,
Is the tapestry of immortal beauty.
The mounting bosom,
Making gentle movements under the finest Persian silk,
Makes space for women’s vulnerability to a woman’s beauty.
Her erected teats desiring mortal pleasures,
Stirs the heart….
A sudden current of suppressed emotions
Trying to pierce the fabric of society and religion.
The awakening of mortal desires,
Generates an urgent craving for immortal flesh.
Graces will bathe her in a sacred pool
Exposing her delicate womanhood,
The ultimate secret of hidden purity.
She reclines in utmost tranquility,
Her parted legs yearning for forbidden pleasures;
Is vibrant even in the dark……
I serenade the goddess of lust,
Burning desires within me trying to free like a slave who’s being chained…….
The unleash of violent passion
Over the staggering beauty,
The indulgence in mortal sins
To share a bed and heart……….
Never has the society praised the love between women,
Pleasure is a sin………but………sinning is a pleasure.
